Steak tartare is a meat dish made from finely chopped or minced raw beef or horsemeat or now it can be from anything. It is often served with onion, capers and seasonings, sometimes with a raw egg yolk, and often on rye bread.
The name tartare is sometimes generalized to other raw meat or fish dishes. But!! Here is vegetarian version and i must say so good version. One is from beetroot and second from tofu. Its so delicious food. Try it in restaurant or make it at home.
