Vegetarian Easter Stuffing

Every Easters holiday we have stuffing at home. How it make it? Look here. 🙂 And if you dont want to have vegetarian version you can you pieces of salam. Its up to you. We are eating it with potatoes and vegetable. 🙂 Enjoy your meal.

Recipe: for minimal 5 people

  • 5 Cups small bread cubes
  • 1 Onion, peeled and sliced
  • half cup of Spinach
  • 5 Tablespoons chopped parsley
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 peace of Tofu
  • 200ml milk
  • Salt and pepper to taste

First cut bread for cubes and put it to big bowl, after that mix it with milk and wait it. Now you need pan on which you will fry onion and tofu and on the end put there frozen spinach. use salt and pepper to taste. To big bowl with bread cubes put yolks and albumen mix it and make foam (cream) from that and after that mix that foam woth bread pieces. Put everything to bowl with bread peaces and use salt peper parsley and what you like, mix it by spoon and put it to baking pan and bake it on 195°C for 30mins.

By the way. Every year my mother cook it for me. And this year i cooked it for first time for my and my girlfriend and its delicious.. Youshould try it.
