Today’s lunch, again vegetarian: Rice noodles, soy cubes, pea pancakes and tomato sauce.
How to do it?
Put noodles to boiling water and have it there until it will be cooked. Put soya cubes to water and have it there for 30 mins. After that fry cubes on the pan and add there noodles. Use spices which you like and you have it.
Next is tomato souce fry onion in pot and after that put there tomatoes with small amount of water.. Have it boiling for 10-15 mins, use some spices and have it.
Pea pancakes – mix peas with half onion and little amount of water or milk after that put there flour and eggs, Bread crumb, spices. Mix it and you can fry it.
And you have perfect lunch.
